Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• The item arrives damaged
• An incorrect item is sent
You must contact us within 24 business hours of receiving your order to report the issue.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss after the order has been received.
If the request is approved, we will arrange the return and issue a refund excluding delivery fees.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Returns are not accepted for any reason other than damage or receiving an incorrect item.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available within 48 business hours of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges apply to ready-to-wear items only.
Exchanges are limited to one time per order.
Accessories are not eligible for exchange.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are priced differently from the prices listed on the website.
Custom orders are final sale.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom orders are not applicable to discount offers.
Definition of Custom Orders: A custom order is any order that includes changes to the original design or is made based on a specific customer request.
This includes the following:
• Color changes
• Adding or removing embroidery, beads, buttons, or similar details
• Changing the cut or silhouette
• Creating a completely new design
• Any modification requested after selecting a product
Any order that includes any of the above is considered a custom order and is subject to a final sale policy with no returns or exchanges.
